Luilor’s production is made by high-end jacquard and dolby looms: 50 Jacquards, 20 dolby = 70 looms total and growing
- The yarn machines, quality control, and shipping department are entirely computerized
- The warehouse and manufacturing factory has approximately 15.000 square meters (over 49200 square feet)
- Minimum order is 100 meters (328 feet approx), but we have a line of fabrics that we keep in stock and we give cut-length service, with shipping in 24 hours after the order
- Customer orders take 4 weeks approximately
- We ship worldwide
- Quality control is handled internally, in the factory
- Exclusivity for custom collections
- Luilor has a top capacity of 30,000 meters per day (98,424 feet), 600,00 per month (1,968,504 feet), 6 million per year (1,968,504,000 feet)
- On busy seasons, the factory is operational 24 hours 6 days a week to ensure that all customers receive their high quality Luilor textile as promised
- Our staff of over 70 employees are all trained to maintain the high expectations of the Luilor client
